This June I had the pleasure of photographing Beka & Jimmy’s wedding in Itasca, IL. Their families were so hospitable and fun. It was nice to leave southern california and see other folks live. We had such a fun time and everthing went smooth. I even get to go back in August to shoot Jimmy’s brother’s wedding!!! Yeah!!!
In June, I had the pleasure of shooting Jon and Sara’s wedding at Terranea Resort in Palos Verdes. It was a beautiful event. They started the day with a traditional Chinese tea ceremony. Very cool. The ceremony was then at Wayfar’s chapel with the reception right down the street at Terranea. Sara looked amazing and everything was great!
I went home during SXSW this year and had a blast. I got to see my friends band I hadn’t seen in years and also some new ones. It really wore me out and I am finally sharing some of the images I took.
Mid May, I got to shoot with William Innes at the ViceRoy in Santa Monica and Wayfar’s Chapel in Palos Verdes. Warren & Alison flew in from Arkansas for their big day. I loved all their friends and family. They were really great. We had such a good time.
Wednesday I visited my good friend Liz and her new little girl Sage. She is just one month old. 9lbs of joy. She was so small and well mannered, I didn’t want to put her down. I also could help myself but take a few snaps. She was one of the most well behaved models I have had. Oh I love her so.
